Study of classes a new strategy of teaching together

This strategy was born in Japan and it is taken as an experience in Colombia now from MEN – JICA.  A group of ex-scholar from JICA is in charge of developing this program in our country. This program is about how to teach no as an individual construction but a collective construction from a General Plan of Action. All the scholar community members are involved in the process because they want to resolve problems in the teaching and learning process

The study of class starts with the following steps:

1. A teacher prepares a lesson plan
2. The teacher meets other teachers in order to have some advices about how to teach the class.
3. The teacher teaches the class and he is observed by other teachers who are taking notes about it.
4. All the teachers meet in order to say what the positive and negative points of the class were and make reflections.

Santa Juana de Arco School has a study of class team which is guided by the ex- scholar from JICA:  FAVIO VIVEROS VILLAMUEZ.  The teachers of different subjects who are part of the group are: Elsa Mosquera, Juan Pablo Soto, Ramón Alfonso Muñoz, Carlos Aurelio Paz, Wilton Harold Salazar, Henry Uni and Sandra Milena Osorio.
